GMAT stands for “Graduate Management Admission Test”
GMAT “graduate management admission test” is mostly taken by the business colleges to test the student’s aptitude in mathematics, verbal skills, and analytical writing. It is commonly used by colleges as an entrance into an MBA program. With total 3 hours of time and 800 points the exam is taken. The exam score is valid for 5 years from the completion of the exam. The GMAT test structure:
GMAT measures a student’s skills in four core areas: Integrated Reasoning (IR), Quantitative, verbal skills, and analytical writing with total 3 hour of time and 800 points. Here although the content is divided into four segments and scored separately Quantitative and verbal skills are scored separately but are combined together later with 10 point increment. In general the test is computer based and is sometimes can be seen as paper based where there is no asses of computers. In total one can take the test for 8 times and no more than 5 times in 12 month period.
